1. Acceptance
By using IRU Reach (web or mobile), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
IRU Reach is a social advertising marketplace operated by IRU Business Group Ltd (Gahanga, Kicukiro, Kigali, Rwanda). Advertisers launch campaigns; promoters share them on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social channels. Earnings are credited automatically and paid out via Mobile Money — no screenshot proof is required.
3. Accounts
- Provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- One account per person. Duplicate or fake accounts are prohibited.
4. Promoters
- Share campaign content honestly on your own social channels.
- Use a valid Mobile Money number in your name for payouts.
- Rewards follow campaign rules set by advertisers and IRU Reach.
- Abuse, bots, or fraudulent engagement may result in withheld payouts or account suspension.
5. Advertisers
- You are responsible for lawful campaign content.
- Fund campaigns before distribution.
- IRU Reach may reject campaigns that violate policy.
6. Wallet & Payouts
- Wallet balances reflect earnings or campaign deposits held on the platform.
- Withdrawals go to verified Mobile Money numbers.
- IRU Reach may hold or reverse suspicious transactions.
- Minimum amounts and fees (if any) are shown before confirmation.
7. Prohibited Use
- Fraud, fake engagement, or manipulated earnings.
- Multiple accounts to game rewards.
- Illegal, harmful, or misleading campaign content.
- Unauthorized scraping or platform disruption.
8. Liability & Termination
The Service is provided "as is." IRU Business Group Ltd is not liable for indirect damages or third-party payment delays. We may suspend accounts for policy violations. You may close your account via the deletion page.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda. Disputes are subject to the courts of Kigali.
