Child Safety Standards

Our commitment

IRU Reach is an advertising and promoter platform operated by IRU Business Group Ltd. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including the creation, solicitation, possession, sharing, or facilitation of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Prohibited conduct

• Any sexual content involving minors, including in campaign media, captions, or submitted screenshots
• Grooming, solicitation, or sexual exploitation of minors
• Sharing, requesting, or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Campaigns that sexualise minors or target minors with adult content
• Using the service to arrange contact with minors for sexual purposes

Violations result in immediate removal of the content, account termination, preservation of relevant evidence as permitted by law, and referral to the appropriate authorities.

Age requirement

IRU Reach accounts are restricted to users aged 18 and older. Accounts found to belong to minors are suspended pending review.

Moderation

Every campaign is reviewed by our team before it goes live, and submitted screenshots are reviewed before rewards are paid. Content involving minors, exploitation, or imminent harm is escalated and handled immediately.

How to report

• In the app, open the Profile tab and tap Help to contact support.
• Email irubusinessgroup@gmail.com with the campaign name or account involved.

Legal compliance & authority reporting

IRU Reach complies with applicable child safety laws and reports CSAM and CSAE to the relevant regional and national authorities where legally required, including law enforcement in Rwanda and other countries where users are located.
