Delete Your IRU Reach Account

Delete your account in the IRU Reach app

  1. Open the IRU Reach app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Tap Delete account, then send the deletion request by email using the steps below.
  4. Confirm deletion when prompted by our support team.

Account deletion is permanent. Any remaining wallet balance must be withdrawn before deletion. Pending payouts or disputes may delay processing.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address linked to your IRU Reach account:

irubusinessgroup@gmail.com

Use the subject line IRU Reach account deletion request. We will process verified requests within 30 days.

Data that is deleted

  • Account information (name, email, phone number, and payout details)
  • Wallet balance history, deposits, withdrawals, and transaction records tied to your account
  • Campaign participation, view claims, and submitted screenshots
  • Advertiser campaigns and escrow records linked to your account
  • In-app activity and authentication tokens

Data that may be kept

Legal and financial records

As required by law

Transaction records, payout logs, and fraud investigation data may be retained for accounting, tax, or legal compliance.

Backup copies

Up to 30 days after deletion

Deleted data may remain in secure backups briefly before permanent removal.
